School = No time and No sales for me. :(

Wish I had more time to focus on my Stella & Dot sales because I barely have time to think with school being so intense.  I am in dental hygiene school and it is so fast paced and stressful.  Wish I could work while in school b/c we are truly broke at times and that is so hard to deal with.  I wish I had rich friends/acquaintances to help me with my business but unfortunately I do not.  I could do a couple of trunk shows a month if people would have them for me... I was really optimistic going into this but with school and this I have been a little overwhelmed and sad that it hasn't been what I needed to help us out financially.  I don't qualify for financial aid, just loans which equals more debt! UGHHHLLLL! Need a rich benefactor to take pity on me or Uncle Sam to actually help those that are doing something to better themselves not just collecting a check for God knows what.  Welfare pisses me off! Wow, I guess I just needed to rant. Sorry!

Those that have time and resources to really succeed in this business, I admire them.  Not sure I will ever be one of them but I would like to at least be able to help out with expenses.  Since we lost my income completely when I started hygiene school, it has been really hard for us at times.  We are not destitute but it has been difficult and stressful.  Praying for a financial miracle! Thanks for listening cyber space. Lol! I am such a dork!

Stella & Dot 1st Month as a stylist

Serenity Necklace and Felicity hoops

What originally drew me to Stella & Dot was this beautiful, Serenity necklace. Aka my "goal piece." I hosted a show in the hopes that I would earn enough free jewelry credits to get it for free. I got darn close but I still got my necklace at 1/2 price and some other beautiful pieces for free. I have since signed up to be a stylist for Stella & Dot and I am loving every minute of it.  My WANT for this business is to make extra money while going back to school full time for Dental hygiene. I will be losing my income and I don't want to have to get a lousy part-time job when this could be such a fun one to have. This is my first month as a stylist and it has been a great time with 1 in-home trunk show and 2 online exclusive trunk shows.  They all qualified which is exciting and I hope it will just keep going from there! I am very happy with the Summer collection and can't wait to see the Fall collection real soon.  Wish I could attend our convention called Hoopla, but I don't think we can afford it at this time. That will be a fun conversation with the hubby...  Maybe next year!
